Ordering
Q. How do I know if my order has been processed?
A. After payment and validation of your order you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain your order number and a summary of the products you have ordered.
Q. How can I follow-up on my order?
A. When your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second email. This email contains a link to enable you to track your package prior to delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Q. I’d like to exchange the shorts I’ve recently bought, where do I send them?
A. In the first instance, please email us at contact@tomandteddy.com to let us know which product you would like to exchange your shorts for. We will reply within 24 hours with full instructions, including the postal address.
Q. What’s your returns policy?
A. If, for any reason, your items aren’t quite right, we’ll be more than happy to provide a refund on tagged, unworn garments within 30 days from the delivery date. Simply email us at contact@tomandteddy.com and we’ll get things organized for you. View our full returns Terms & Conditions here.
Q. If I gift some swimwear to someone in a few weeks’ time, will they be able to exchange them if they don’t fit?
A. As long as the items are unworn and the tags are intact, you can request an exchange for your purchase within 28 days from the day of delivery.
Size and Fit
Q. Where is your size chart?
A. For quick reference, here are links to all our size charts:
A. All our swim shorts fit true to size. However, many of our customers find that the size 1-2 fits an 8+ month-old baby at the waist.
A. Your son’s waist measurement will help you decide on the best size to go for. Both sizes are the same length however the men’s size Small is bigger at the waist (30”-32” vs 28”-30” for the boys’ 11-12).
A. Our swim shorts are generally mid-thigh in length. You can view the in-seam measurements for all sizes in our size charts.
