SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are subject to product availability, details are listed under each product. If for any reason, Tom & Teddy does not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card. All orders are subject to acceptance.
If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.
Once an order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided in your order form which will provide details of products ordered, payment method chosen, cost and estimated delivery times. All prices listed on the Tom & Teddy website (www.tomandteddy.com) are correct at time of entry.
Tom & Teddy accepts most major credit/debit cards.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your credit card will be charged immediately following the placement of your order.
Tom & Teddy aims to provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned.
If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 14 days to arrange collection and return. In this instance, Tom & Teddy is responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.
If the goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Tom & Teddy (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) within 28 days to arrange collection and return. In this instance, Tom & Teddy will be responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods as paid by you will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.

We will mail the new size to you, at our cost, as soon as we receive the returned goods.
Cooling off period
You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Tom & Teddy, 79A Duxton Road, Singapore 089538 within 7 days of receipt. Please be aware that items can only be returned if they have all the sales tags intact. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if the goods are returned for this reason.
Deliveries will be made to the address supplied in your order.
If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
The delivery period stated below is approximate. If we are not able to deliver your goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by email to arrange another date for delivery.
If your delivery address is not in Singapore or Australia you may have to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies can vary from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs for further information. International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
Domestic deliveries will be made in Singapore and Australia. All other countries will be deemed worldwide deliveries.
Worldwide deliveries will be sent from Singapore except for New Zealand which will be sent from Australia.
Standard domestic delivery in Singapore and Australia will be free of charge.
Delivery to all other countries (ie not Singapore and Australia) will cost AUD$10 on single items. Orders of more than two items will be free of charge.
The standard delivery time in Singapore and Australia is 3-5 working days.
Worldwide deliveries should take approximately 5-10 working days but may take up to 3 weeks.
We will always aim to meet these timeframes but there may be occasions outside our control when your parcel is delayed.
Once your order has been despatched we are unable to change a residential delivery address. Allow an extra working day for Standard deliveries over Public Holidays.
